Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item

• Be in unused condition, with no signs of wear or use

• Be returned in the original shipping container

• Include all parts, components, and accessories originally included

Returns that show clear signs of use, are missing parts, or are not returned in the original packaging are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been altered, modified, or adjusted in any way after delivery. Any product that shows evidence of alteration will be deemed non-returnable and ineligible for a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of 3D-printed products, minor cosmetic imperfections are normal. Returns or replacements do not apply to small cosmetic defects that do not affect function, including but not limited to:

• Layer lines or surface texture variations

• Support removal marks

• Minor blemishes

• Small areas of under-extrusion

If an item arrives with a major defect that affects fit, strength, or functionality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
